Thank you for shopping at ForrestGalanteStore.com. Each item in our store is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we have a no-returns policy under normal circumstances.

All Sales Are Final

All products sold on ForrestGalanteStore.com are print-on-demand (POD) items. This means each product is custom produced after an order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Incorrect Size or Buyer Error

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental orders

  • Color or style variations that occur due to screen or print differences

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (only in cases of damage, defect, or error on our part), it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Expect 7 Days. 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Since most items enter production shortly after checkout, cancellations are not guaranteed.
